Establishing a Strategic Alliance Relationship with Accuity
Accuity has a wide-ranging network of alliances that offer world-class applications, data and integration solutions complementary to our payments efficiency, regulatory compliance, banking reference and marketing services product lines. Many of our alliances have built hooks to Accuity's data products and filtering engines. Some have embedded our risk filtering and payments efficiency technologies into their own solutions. Our alliances comprise a growing proportion of our business, presently contributing over 15% of Accuity's annual gross sales.
Accuity actively seeks to explore and enter new strategic alliance relationships with organizations dedicated to helping financial services, corporate and government entities to increase payment efficiency, comply with banking industry regulations, or market to financial services companies.
The goals of the program are:
- To mutually enable Accuity and each alliance partner to bring in additional high value revenues and grow their respective businesses more profitably.
- To mutually increase differentiation of Accuity's and alliance partners' products and services in order to create competitive advantages.
To entertain a new alliance relationship on any level, it is important that we understand our prospective partner's value propositions so that we can determine how our products and services can be mutually aligned. Some of the criteria Accuity follows in making a determination to enter into a new strategic alliance include:
- Solutions or products that complement or extend Accuity's product lines
- Complementary industry domain knowledge
- Ability to generate a minimum threshold of gross sales of Accuity products per year
- Ability to open new geographic or market channels for Accuity products
- Established customer base
